On the 26th of March 2026, the Masbate National Comprehensive High School Boy Scouts of the Philippines Organization was awarded the "Oustanding Organization Award" along with other school organizations and clubs for their excellent performance throughout the school year.

At 4:15 PM on March 5, 2026, the Masbate National Comprehensive High School Senior Scouts successfully executed a flag disposal ceremony to retire six of the school's worn-out national flags.
